A friend once shared this original recipe with me. The dough is kneaded with orange juice, so it turns out not only beautiful, but also fragrant. To make the taste even brighter, add a little orange peel.
Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Orange juice - 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add orange juice, melted butter, lightly beaten eggs and knead a soft dough.
Shape the sausages and cut them across into pieces about 5 centimeters thick.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
