I love to cook pizza with milk, because milk is the product that I always have at home. It turns out a wonderful thin base with crispy fragrant sides. Pizza is always perfectly and evenly baked.
Ingredients
- Milk - 125 ml
- Flour - 170 g
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Dry yeast - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Salami - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Pour in warm milk and butter, and knead the dough.
Leave it warm for half an hour, and then roll out the pizza base.
Brush it with tomato sauce and sprinkle with spices.
Arrange the salami slices and mozzarella slices. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
