- Young zucchini - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Yogurt (without filler) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the greens and peeled onions.
Mix zucchini, onion, herbs, eggs, salt and ground pepper.
Add yogurt, baking powder, flour and mix.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
