Mushrooms are another wonderful juicy filling for khachapuri, which is often forgotten. In fact, it can be any mushrooms, but I prefer champignons, because they have a bright taste with aroma, and they cook faster.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, and fry until the moisture evaporates. Mix with chopped herbs and grated cheese.
Roll out the dough and cut into pieces. Put the filling on each one and wrap the corners of the khachapuri up.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
