Everyone has known an appetizing charlotte with apples since childhood. Its simplicity and taste contributed to the fact that our mothers and grandmothers baked a pie almost every day. There is really nothing complicated about it. Try to cook and see for yourself!

Ingredients

  • Apples (medium) – 3 pieces
  • Flour - 200 g
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
  • Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
  • Sugar - 150 g
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.
  • Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the apples, seeds and cut into slices.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar until fluffy foam.

Sift flour, mix with vanilla and baking powder.

In small portions, pour the flour into a bowl with eggs and knead until smooth.

Cover the prepared form with baking paper, brush with butter and lay out the apples.

Fill in the dough and scroll the form several times so that it is evenly distributed between the apples.

Bake the charlotte at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on the diameter of the mold and the characteristics of the oven.
