Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs, dry them and divide them into whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites with salt until sharp peaks.
In a separate container, rub the yolks with powdered sugar.
In a bowl with yolks, add milk, sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Add the protein mass in small portions, stirring gently in one direction.
Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it up and spoon out small islands of dough.
Fry on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
