Today, for a change, you can cook soup with milk dumplings. Surprisingly simple and delicious first course is possible even for novice cooks. I advise you to familiarize yourself with the recipe beforehand and prepare all the necessary products!
Ingredients
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Chicken broth - 1,5 l
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 120 ml
- Flour - 4 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin circles. Chop the parsley.
Boil the chicken broth, add black pepper, carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour. This stage is very important because it helps to get rid of garbage and enrich the flour with oxygen.
Add egg, ground black pepper and salt. Pour in the warm milk and mix until smooth.
Shape dumplings with a dessert spoon and throw them into boiling soup. Cook everything together for 7 minutes.
Add salt, parsley and turn off after 3 minutes. Infuse the soup under the lid for 15 minutes.
