For this recipe, you will need the most ripe and soft bananas. Otherwise, it will be difficult to mash them to a puree-like state. Depending on how sweet the fruit will come across, sugar should be added more or less.

- Bananas (ripe) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 150 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bananas, mash them with a pusher or chop them with an immersion blender.
Lightly beat the eggs with sugar, salt, sour cream and vanilla.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, banana mass and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
Preheat a dry frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
