- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Kefir - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 130 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Berries - 100-150 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, salt and kefir, and whisk again.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and starch. Stir the dough.
At the end, add the berry, mix again and put the cookies with a spoon or with your hands on the parchment.
Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
