- Beef tongue (boiled) – 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Quail eggs - 6 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Radish - 250 g
- Kefir - 1 l
- Mineral water - 700 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and separately boil the quail eggs for about 3-4 minutes after boiling.
Randomly chop all the ingredients and herbs, and mix.
Fill the okroshka with kefir and add a little water to taste.
