Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Peaches - 200 g
- Sugar - 49 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the dough into rectangles and make staggered cuts on half of each one for the mesh.
Put the thinly sliced peaches on the whole halves and sprinkle with sugar.
Pinch the edges of the puffs well and brush them with yolk.
Put the puffs in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
