Have you ever tried lemon cookies? Fragrant, yellow and very tasty! You can cook it at any time of the year, but it is in winter that it takes on a special meaning. A big cup of tea, lemon cookies — and you are not afraid of a cold.
Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter (soft) – 120 g
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 3 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat soft butter with sugar until white.
Continuing the mixer, add eggs one at a time and pour in lemon juice. Whisk everything well together.
Add the zest and flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a soft dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into identical pieces, roll balls no larger than a walnut.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
