Homemade pies are no match for anything. They don't always turn out to be beautiful, but it's also a matter of practice. Try to cook a pie with bacon, cheese and onions. It's simple, satisfying and delicious. If desired, you can add hot pepper or paprika.
Ingredients
- Flour - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Gouda Cheese - 100 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (warm) – 100 ml
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the bacon and peeled onion.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
Mix the sifted flour, lightly beaten eggs, melted butter, salt and ground pepper.
Pour in warm water and knead the dough.
Put the finished dough into a mold of a suitable diameter.
Evenly distribute the bacon and fried onions. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
