Peaches are the perfect addition to cottage cheese pie. Especially when you are tired of classic recipes with apples and berries. I share my favorite option, which I often cook at home. Delicious, simple and clear!
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 100 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Peaches (or other fruits) – 4-5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the soft butter with sugar with a mixer and add the eggs individually, continuing to beat.
Add cottage cheese and whisk everything again.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
Mix the dough. Add two peaches, cut into small cubes, mix again and put in a mold.
Cut the remaining peaches into slices and lay them on top.
Bake the pie in the oven at 170 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
