Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.

Add lightly beaten eggs, sugar and salt.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.

Form thick sausages and cut across into small pieces, give each a round shape.

Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.

Cool the finished donuts and fill them with condensed milk using a cooking syringe.
