I usually cook these pancakes when I have extra mashed potatoes. But my household loves them so much that sometimes I have to cook potatoes specifically for this recipe. No matter how many of them turn out, pancakes always disappear from the table very quickly.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - half a glass
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
Condemn, peel and mash to a puree-like state.
Mix eggs, sour cream and soda separately.
Add mashed potatoes, flour, salt, ground pepper and mix well. The dough should turn out thick, but fluid.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
