Ingredients
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Raspberry - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the raspberries, add water and chop everything with a blender.
Heat to about 60 degrees and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
Strain the juice through cheesecloth, add sugar to it and bring to a boil.
Roll the juice into sterile jars.
