The snack called mother-in-law's tongue has long been so liked by everyone that most lovers of winter preparations prepare it. There are different recipes and variations – from eggplant and not only. This time we will add some more zucchini.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly slice the zucchini and eggplant.

Pass the remaining vegetables through a meat grinder and add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Boil the vegetable puree for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Put eggplants and zucchini in it, and boil for another half hour.

Roll up the mother-in-law's tongue in sterile jars.
