If you like unusual combinations of ingredients in canned salads – catch a great vegetable recipe with celery. In addition, you can experiment with the size of the slicing. I like the small one. But this is a matter of personal preference.
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Eggplant - 1 kg
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Celery - 4 of the stem
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 teeth
For Marinade:
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily, but finely chop all the vegetables.
Add water, butter, sugar, salt and spices to taste, and boil for half an hour on low heat.
Put in sterile jars, pour in vinegar and sterilize for another 15-20 minutes.
Roll up the salad for the winter.
