Nature has given us all the best ways to strengthen the immune system during the cold season. Just a spoonful of this blueberry forte jam with orange and lemon is a whole storehouse of vitamin C and many other useful substances.
Ingredients
- Blueberries (forte) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Water - 1 glass
- Vanillin - 3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the syrup from water and sugar.
Add blueberries to it and boil for 5 minutes after re-boiling.
Let the jam cool and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the citrus juice, a little zest and vanilla to taste, and boil for another 5 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
