Surprisingly, pears are not often used for harvesting for the winter. And very wrongly. They make delicious jam, jam and confections. One of these interesting recipes I want to share with you. The delicacy turns out to be tender, fragrant and moderately spicy.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pears, peel and core, cut into small pieces.
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.
Put ginger and pears in a cooking pot, add sugar and juice of half a lemon. Mix well, cover the pan with a lid and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Then put the pan with the workpiece on the fire, bring to a boil, and boil over low heat, stirring occasionally and removing the foam, for half an hour.
Pour boiling jam into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly, turn upside down and cool. Store the cooled pear jam in a cool, dark place.
