Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lime juice.
Peel the avocado and cut into large chunks. Chop the cucumbers.
Put everything in a blender bowl, add salt, olive oil, remaining lime juice and grind until smooth.
Mix the resulting mass with chilled milk and send it to infuse for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Pour the soup on plates, add shrimp and fresh parsley.
