On the one hand, rhubarb is very often used in compotes and in other preparations. On the other hand, it is regularly forgotten about. Therefore, I want to remind you of such a wonderful ingredient, and at the same time share a recipe for rhubarb jam with apples.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the tough film from the rhubarb stalks and cut them into cubes.

Finely chop the apples.

Mix, cover everything with sugar and leave overnight.

Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Chop the jam with a blender, boil again and boil for another 15 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
