Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the tough film from the rhubarb stalks and cut them into cubes.
Finely chop the apples.
Mix, cover everything with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Chop the jam with a blender, boil again and boil for another 15 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
