Ingredients
- Daikon - 400 g
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the daikon into slices and put it in sterile jars.
Boil the water with the rest of the ingredients and let the marinade cool down a little.
Fill the daikon with marinade and send it to be sterilized in a saucepan with water for another 20 minutes.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
