Absolutely any gooseberry is suitable for making a wonderful fragrant jam, so pink will not be an exception. I share my favorite recipe and favorite proportions. Especially this option will appeal to those who do not like to stand at the stove for a long time.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry (pink) – 1.2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the gooseberries, cut off the tails and cover it with sugar for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Let it cool and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
And repeat the previous step again.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
