Ingredients
- Elderberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Water - 0.3 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the elderberry from the twigs, sort, cover with sugar, add water and citric acid.
Bring everything to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
Roll the elderberry jam into sterile jars.
