Ingredients
- Black Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the currants with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring it to a boil and boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
Let cool for 3-4 hours and boil again for 10 minutes.
Add cinnamon and citric acid, boil for another 5 minutes and roll into sterilized jars.
