Ingredients
- Cherry Plum (yellow) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherry plum and cut it arbitrarily.
Boil water with sugar until dissolved and pour the cherry plum syrup. Leave it on for 4 hours.
Drain the syrup, boil for another 15 minutes and pour the cherry plum again for 4 hours.
Bring everything together to a boil, boil for 7 minutes and roll the jam into sterile jars.
