Ingredients
- Raw food - 500 g
- Salt - 20 g
- Cherry leaves - 3 pieces
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Oak leaves - 1 piece
- Horseradish - 1 sheet
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Allspice - 5 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the raw teeth, cut them arbitrarily and boil for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Put the mushrooms and all the additives in a clean jar, alternating layers. Sprinkle with salt periodically.
Pour the broth from cooking mushrooms to the top.
Leave the jar in a cool place for 3-4 days, and then close it and store it in the refrigerator or in the cellar.
