I don't always have a lot of free time to cook soups. Therefore, it is not the first year that I have been using such a life hack - kharcho for the winter in banks. This method of cooking takes only a few minutes, boiled the water, poured out the grub and the soup is ready.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Onion - 250 g
- Plums - 200 g
- Salt - 1 art.l
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l
- Black pepper - 10 pieces
- Walnuts - 80 g
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Hops-suneli - 1 tbsp.l
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Parsley - 40 g
- Vinegar (9%) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash all vegetables and fruits, dry. Boil the plums, take them out of the water and grind them into a puree. Rub the puree through a sieve to remove the skin. Set aside.
Chop onion, garlic and red pepper finely, heat a frying pan, pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
Blanch tomatoes, mash in a blender, put on fire and add fried onions, cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add all the seasonings, salt and sugar to the tomatoes, mix well.
Chop walnuts and parsley. Add everything to the tomatoes, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add plum puree, cook for another 10 minutes. At the end, pour in the vinegar, cook for 5 minutes and roll into pre-sterilized jars.
