Ingredients
- White currant - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the currant berries from the brushes, rinse thoroughly under running water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Put the berries through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Add sugar and mix well.
Boil the mass on low heat for 12-15 minutes after boiling.
Spread out in sterilized jars and roll up.
