Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Randomly chop the citrus fruits and mix everything together with sugar and citric acid.
Leave the blank for 3-4 hours.
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
