Be sure to prepare delicious tomato satsebeli for the winter. Georgian sauce can be served with most meat and fish dishes. Many people eat it simply with pita bread, bread and tortillas. I share a proven recipe.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut tomatoes and peeled bell pepper into small pieces.

Peel the garlic from the husk, chop the hot pepper together with the seeds.

Put everything in the bowl of a blender and beat it well.

Boil the resulting mass over low heat for 10 minutes. Be sure to stir, otherwise the sauce will burn.

Add sugar, salt, spices and cook for another 15 minutes.

Put the hot sauce in the prepared jars, close the lids and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
