Speaking of fruits, which are often undeservedly forgotten, it is worth mentioning rosehip in the first rows. But he is incredibly useful! No wonder our grandmothers adored it, and adherents of traditional medicine still use it. But for now, I suggest just making jam from it for the winter.
Ingredients
- Rosehip - 5 glasses
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort and rinse the rosehip, cut off the tails, cut in half and remove the bones if desired.
Add sugar and water, bring to a boil and boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
Let the mass cool down, and boil again for 5 minutes. If desired, grind the mass with a blender or grind through a sieve.
Repeat the previous step again.
Roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
