Apples and pears are perfectly combined in any winter preparations. They have about the same density, so there will be no problem when part of the fruit remains solid, and part is completely boiled. I'll tell you more later.

Ingredients

  • Apples - 600 g
  • Pear - 600 g
  • Sugar - 1.5 glasses
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Water - 1.5-2 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the fruit from the skin and the middle, cut into pieces and place in sterile jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, boil again and pour the fruit for another 10 minutes.

Drain and boil the water again, add sugar and lemon juice to it, and mix.

Pour the fruit again and roll up the compote for the winter.
