Most of all I like to make mixed preparations, whether it's compotes, jam or pickled vegetables – for example, cucumbers with zucchini. This means rolling several different ingredients into one jar. So it's tastier, and more convenient, and then you don't need to attach several opened blanks to the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 700 g
- Zucchini - 700 g
- Dill - 3 umbrella
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mustard Seeds - 3 tsp.
- Water - 500 ml
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice cucumbers and zucchini.
Put them in clean, dry jars.
Add mustard, dill, garlic or other spices to taste.
Pour boiling water over everything and leave for 15 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water.
Boil clean water with salt, sugar and vinegar.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables and roll them up.
