Ingredients
- Plums - 500 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the plums into halves and put them in sterile jars.
Boil water with sugar, stir and add lemon juice.
Pour the plum and roll up the compote.
