Tomatoes in tomato juice are a universal preparation for winter. Whole tomatoes from a jar will be a great snack on your table, and tomato juice is suitable for making various sauces or gravy. Try to cook - it's fast and economical!

Wash the tomatoes. Pass large juicy fruits through a juicer, leave small ones entirely.

Put the tomato juice on the fire, bring to a boil, add salt and sugar.

Fill pre-sterilized jars tightly with small tomatoes, put bay leaf, coriander and cloves.

Boil the water. Pour boiling water over tomatoes in jars, cover with lids and leave for 25-30 minutes.

Then drain the liquid from the jars and fill the jars to the top with boiling tomato juice.

Roll up the jars with the billet, turn upside down, wrap and cool. Store canned tomatoes in tomato juice in a cool, dark place.
