At the height of the mushroom season, the harvest is usually so generous that it is difficult to immediately decide where to put it. Drying, freezing and other various preparations are in the process. For example, fried pigs can be perfectly rolled up in a jar for the winter.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pigs) – 1 kg
- Butter (or olive) – 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Salt - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Preheat half of the vegetable oil.
Cut the pigs into slices and send them there. Add salt.
Fry the mushrooms on low heat under the lid for up to an hour, stirring.
Remove the lid and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Arrange the pigs in sterile jars.
Bring the remaining oil mixture to a boil and pour over the top.
Cover the workpieces with lids and store in a cool place.
