Somehow, as a result of regular culinary experiments, I discovered a new recipe for myself. Pickled cucumbers with basil are an appetizing preparation in which tastes and aromas are perfectly balanced. Open a jar of pickles and come to your senses only when its bottom appears.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 4 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Basil - 100 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 150 ml
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 120 g
- Water (cleaned) – 3,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place basil sprigs and peeled garlic cloves in jars.
Place the prepared cucumbers tightly.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and boil for 2 minutes.
Add vinegar, remove from heat and pour into jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a warm blanket.
