Ingredients
- Cherry Plum (red) – 2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 1 head
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Marjoram - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Mint - 1 twig
- Parsley - 10 g
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry plum, put it in a saucepan, pour water and boil for 5 minutes after boiling.
Drain the water, wipe the cherry plum through a sieve. To do this, it is convenient to use a wooden spoon or mortar.
Finely chop the parsley, mint, peeled garlic and hot pepper.
Add spices, chopped billets, salt and sugar to a saucepan with plum puree.
Puree the mass with an immersion blender.
Return the pan to the heat and cook for another 30 minutes.
Spread the adjika in sterilized jars, close the lids and cover with a warm blanket for 2 days.
