Gooseberries with garlic for winter without cooking

Tart berries with a fragrant aroma will serve as an excellent snack. They are recommended to be served with poultry, beef and rabbit dishes. Gooseberries with garlic are cooked without cooking. In order for the workpiece to stand all winter, the double-fill method is used.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 700 g
- Garlic - 300 g
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the gooseberries, clean them from dry tails and rinse.
Put black pepper, garlic cloves and gooseberries in jars.
Pour boiling water to the top and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt.
Boil for 2 minutes, add vinegar and remove from heat.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars, roll up and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
