Raspberries are a very tender berry, so it is quite difficult to prepare it for the winter in order to fully preserve its properties. One of my favorite ways is this recipe in syrup. Add such raspberries to desserts, porridges, cottage cheese, or just eat with tea for your pleasure.
Ingredients
- Raspberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
Put the raspberries in it and bring to a boil again.
Boil for another 5 minutes, add citric acid and roll raspberries in syrup into sterilized jars.
