- Cranberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the cranberries, rinse and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Put the berries in a saucepan with a thick bottom, cover with sugar and mix.
Put the pan on low heat and bring to a boil. The berries will release juice very quickly.
Boil for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the workpiece from the heat, cool slightly and rub through a sieve.
Put the cranberry puree back on the fire and warm it up for 2-3 minutes.
Fill the prepared container with hot jelly, close the lids and store it in a cool place.
