Baked pepper aivar can be a light snack for a festive table or an ideal sauce for meat. The cooking process makes this sauce homogeneous, tender and piquant. And if you boil it and roll it into jars, then it will always be at hand in winter.

- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Vinegar (9%) – 1 tbsp.l
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the peppers for baking. The main thing in cooking is to bake pepper. If you do it on the grill, then the sauce will have a pleasant smoked taste.
Wash the pepper, pour vegetable oil and send it to bake for 20 minutes. When the pepper is ready, cool it and remove the top film.
Beat the pepper into a puree with a blender or use a meat grinder for this. Pass the garlic through a press, add salt, sugar and spices to taste. Put the sauce to cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add vinegar and boil the sauce for 5 minutes. Prepare the jars, rinse and sterilize. Pour the sauce into jars and roll up.
