The combination of kvass and sour cream is not the most obvious in everyday life. But when we talk about okroshka, this is one of the best refueling options among all possible. Choose kvass to your taste – sweeter, sourer, more or less carbonated.

- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Radish - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Kvass - 1 l
- Water - 500 ml
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Greenery - 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Chop the greens, finely and thinly chop cucumbers, radishes and potatoes, and grate the eggs on a coarse grater.
Mix everything with mustard and sour cream. Pour the okroshka with kvass and water to taste.
