It is convenient when different vegetables are canned in the same jar. It is not necessary to open a lot of blanks to put several types of pickles on the table. In addition to the standard options, I advise you to cook tomatoes with cauliflower. It's simple, delicious and fast!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Cauliflower - 1 kg
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 80 g
- Water - 2,7 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut into large pieces.
Place black pepper, garlic, tomatoes and cauliflower in prepared jars.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and boil for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add vinegar and pour into jars. Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
