Bake the beetroot in foil in the oven for about 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees.

Peel and cut it into strips or grate it.

Put the beets in sterilized jars and pour in a spoonful of vinegar.

Boil the water with spices, boil the marinade for 5 minutes and pour the beetroot.

Roll up the jars for the winter.
