Asparagus beans are a low-calorie product rich in vitamins. It is good as an independent dish, perfectly combined with fish and meat, it is added to soups, stews and various salads. Why not prepare it for the winter? It will taste like fresh.
Ingredients
- String beans - 500 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dill - 1 umbrella
- Chili pepper - optional
- Black Pepper (polka dots) – 2 pcs.
- Allspice (with peas) – 1 pcs.
- Wine vinegar (6%) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beans, trim the tips, cut the pod into 3 parts.
Boil the beans for 5 minutes, put them in a colander and cool.
Fill pre-sterilized jars with boiled beans, add pepper, garlic clove, dill umbrella.
Boil water, add salt, pour the beans in jars with the resulting brine, add vinegar.
Cover the jars with the blank with clean lids and sterilize in a pot of boiling water for 25-30 minutes.
Roll up the jars, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the cooled canned string beans in a cool, dark place.
