Pickled champignons for winter without sterilization

If you like pickled mushrooms, I share the easiest way to cook them, even without additional sterilization. A very convenient solution to forget forever about expensive store jars with an overabundance of vinegar.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 1 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 3 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Garlic - 1 head
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the champignons and boil for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Boil a liter of water with all the remaining ingredients.
Put the mushrooms in clean jars and pour the marinade.
Leave for 15 minutes under the lids and drain the marinade into a saucepan.
Boil it again, pour it back in and roll it up for the winter.
